How do I change my password?

Navigate to “Settings” at the top right corner of your Socedo dashboard. Navigate to “change password”. Enter your current password, your new password, and hit “change password”.

How do I export my leads?

There are two options for exporting your leads. You can choose to export lead data to CSV, or sync the leads into your marketing automation system or your CRM system. To start, navigate to “Lead Export. If you want to export the leads to a CSV file, simply select the type of leads you want to export and the date range you. Then, select the data you want from the “Exportable Columns” (i.e. Email address, Twitter handle, Company website, Company phone, etc) and hit “Export”.
