We’re officially out of beta! No really, go look. The website that used to be beta.socedo.com is now app.socedo.com. That’s huge, and we couldn’t be more excited. And what better way to celebrate our launch than at Tech Marketing 360’s conference dedicated to technology marketers? Here it’s all about B2B marketing, leveraging technology for marketing and tech products, and it is the perfect place to showcase our mint V1 product.
For those of you who couldn’t make it, we understand, and it doesn’t mean the celebration has to stop with us at Tech Marketing 360! Here’s what’s new in version one of Socedo.
Our current users may be familiar with our weekly email that shows how many leads have been approved, postponed, or declined. Now you don’t need to wait for the emails, or even open them. Instead, we’re introducing a new tab… Reports. There it’ll show you not only how many people you’ve approved, declined, missed, or delayed over a thirty-day period, but also (and more importantly), which keywords played a role in each approval and what your conversion rates look like.
How will this help you? Over the last couple months we’ve encountered a lot of trials and tribulations surrounding how to get people motivated enough to input keywords into their criteria section. With the reports tab readily available, our users will be able to optimize each keyword so that the leads Socedo finds for you are your most successful.
So, not only does it help you conquer the lead criteria section, but it also helps you figure out which aspects you need to improve upon. Say out of the people that Socedo has recommended to you, you’ve only approved 10%, this tells you that you need to go in to your criteria section and change up your keywords. If your follow back rate is low, maybe go check out your Twitter profile and make sure everything is up to snuff.
Although the statement “it’s here! It’s here!” could be applicable to most of what we discuss in this blog post, the mobile app is at the forefront of our excitement. The mobile app gives you the ability to use Socedo on-the-go and easily classify leads. In fact, users of the app have seen a rise in the amount of leads they’ve been able to approve in less time
The app enables you to make social selling, social media marketing, and lead generation a constant part of your day because, to be successful, that’s what it takes.
Reporting is also included in the mobile app as well as a helpful counter that allows you to keep track of how many leads you’ve approved or declined throughout the day. That means goal setting on Socedo for the amount of leads you want to get through each day just got a lot easier.
Our customizable direct message, automatic favoriting, and following, is just a taste of the automation feature Socedo has to offer. All you have to do is set up a direct message, Socedo will personalize it, and send it to those who you deem to be worthy.
We want to cut down on the time you spend prospecting so that you can instead dedicate your time to focus on the more important aspects of the sales process. The reporting panel will also help you tweak your direct message template by showing you your direct message back rate.
